West Chelsea, New Yorkfamily is looking to hire an experienced, energetic, and reliable Full-time, Live Out Housekeeper who drives. Someone who will work as a teamplayer, able to pitch in as needed with the other household staff, and also be a valued part of their family, creating a harmonious and supportive environment for the dads and their 3 young children. This role requires someone who is highly energetic, able to thoroughly and meticulously clean a 5 floor townhome (no elevator), support OCD level clean, be flexible, and pleasantly pitch in to help support and manage the needs of the family, whatever it might be.

About the Family
Adults: 2, Dads work from home *The work load is lighter in the Summers (July 1- End of August 2025)
Children: (B) 5.5 months (G) 2, in school 3 days/week for 4 hrs, (G) 5 Kindergarten, next year Full day
Current Staff: 2 full time nannies, 1 Nanny is a Full-Time Live-In
Responsibilities:
-Full Deep Housekeeping
-Driving: YES, use of family car while working, if needed, flexibility to drive children to school pick-ups/drop-offs, extracurricular activities, playdates, and appointments.
-Ironing: YES,Parents bedding, linens, some garments
-Laundry: YES, family/Children's laundry, Yes, shared responsibility with other Nannies
–Errands: Yes, as needed, Grocery Shopping, post office, etc.
–Meal prep, a Plus!
Requirements:
Schedule:Monday -Friday
Work Hours:9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Experience: Multi-level 5 floor townhouse experience
Driving Skills: Must be a confident driver with a valid driver’s license.
Communication & Organization:Strong skills in communicating with parents and the other nanny.
Languages: English, Tagalog a PLUS!

Salary:$40-$50. hr through Payroll, commensurate with experience
