Careerscape is working with a Green Bay manufacturing facility that needs an Occupational Health Nurse to manage their onsite medical clinic and provide care to employees. You'll handle workplace injuries, conduct health screenings, and promote employee wellness.

Responsibilities
- Provide first aid and treatment for workplace injuries
- Conduct pre-employment and annual health screenings
- Manage workers compensation cases and documentation
- Administer vaccinations and health programs
- Perform drug and alcohol testing per company policy
- Track health trends and report to management
- Maintain medical records and ensure confidentiality
- Educate employees on health and wellness topics
- Collaborate with safety team on injury prevention
Requirements
- Active Wisconsin RN license in good standing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- 3-5 years of nursing experience, occupational health preferred
- Strong assessment and clinical skills
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workers compensation
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Proficiency with electronic medical records
- BLS and First Aid certifications current
- Comfortable working independently in clinic setting
