Your Role:
- Provide skilled, compassionate nursing care in the home
- Follow a personalized care plan in coordination with a physician
- Monitor, document, and communicate patient status using electronic charting
- Offer education and emotional support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with your care team and participate in training
Qualifications:
- Active LPN or RN license in Missouri or Compact State
- Availability for Wednesday and Sunday shifts
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Self-motivated, compassionate, and dependable
