We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager (OPM) to lead the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our ABA centers. In this role, you'll serve as the bridge between clinical teams and administrative processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both our staff and the families we serve.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with BCBAs and admin staff to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and team members
- Administer policies and procedures aligned with company goals
- Track KPIs, budgets, and team performance on a weekly and monthly basis
- Manage communication flow across centers and support with facility and inventory management
- Collaborate with HR to oversee training, development, and team satisfaction for Behavior Technicians
- Lead and support team-building events, staff celebrations, and daily center activities
- Assist with the planning and execution of community outreach efforts
- Coordinate coverage for cancelled client sessions and manage BT availability
- Deliver consistent communication updates to both clinical and administrative teams
- Facilitate new hire orientation and maintain smooth onboarding processes
- Jump in to support the Administrative Director with other operational needs as required
Who You Are:
- Experienced Leader: 2+ years managing large teams across multiple sites or regions
- Educated: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (or equivalent leadership experience)
- Empathetic & Emotionally Intelligent: You connect easily with people and lead with compassion
- Strong Communicator: You keep everyone aligned and informed
- Solutions-Oriented: You’re proactive, detail-driven, and thrive in fast-paced environments
