This position will oversee the coordination of Community Events and Engagement for the Recreation Department. Through exceptional communication and relationship building skills, this position creatively and independently innovates, leads and manages with little direction the service delivery of assigned responsibilities for a diverse demographic community including organizational development, event management, fiscal control, strategic marketing, revenue production, programming, staff utilization, long range planning and the safe operation/coordination of facilities.
