At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. In Oracle programme management at PwC, you will focus on overseeing and managing large-scale Oracle implementation projects within an organisation. You will coordinate multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to enable successful delivery of Oracle solutions. In this area, you will work closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.

Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. As part of the Oracle Consulting - Oracle PMO team you are expected to support project management activities. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain standards. You are expected to focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while navigating increasingly complex situations and growing your personal brand.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of experience

- Helping the project manager with PMO activities
- Assisting in reporting overall team status
- Creating and managing issues, risks, and action items log
- Identifying and escalating issues/risks
- Assisting with compliance and leadership requests
- Ability to multi-task and keep teams organized
- Experience with Oracle implementation (not required)
- Jira experience (not required)

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
