- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $\$28.00 - \$30.00$ per hour

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Order Fulfillment Specialist to support the daily order processing, shipping, and inventory management activities for our busy San Jose operation. You will be a crucial link, working closely with logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries and maintain high standards of operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders utilizing our ERP systems (Oracle or SAP).
- Shipment Preparation: Prepare all domestic and international shipments, including creating detailed packing lists, labels, and necessary shipping documentation.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with various carriers and freight partners to schedule pickups and ensure smooth transit.
- Tracking and Resolution: Track shipments proactively and resolve any delivery issues or discrepancies efficiently.
- System Maintenance: Update order statuses and maintain system accuracy across all platforms.
- Inventory Support: Assist with cycle counts and perform basic inventory-related tasks.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company quality and safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in order fulfillment or shipping.
- Familiarity with international shipping procedures and documentation.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed for light warehouse duties.
- Highly reliable and committed to working the full Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM schedule.
