Oven Operator : Houston, TX 77066
Pay: $12/hr.
Schedule: Group A (Sun-Wed, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Training Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (for 2 weeks)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Oven Operator to join our team at a leading filtration company. This is an entry-level position with training provided. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating industrial ovens to process filtration products according to company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor ovens to ensure proper temperature and processing times
- Load and unload materials into ovens as required
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with team members and supervisors about any issues
Requirements:
- No experience necessary – training provided!
- Must be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions carefully
- Reliable with good attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable working in a warm environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 25 lbs.
- Stand for up to 10 hours a day.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish (preferred)
