Le Parfait Paris in San Diego, CA is looking for one EVENING LEAD BAKER in charge of finishing all baked goods and pastries prior to send to each pastry shops. We are located at 4564 Alvarado Canyon Road Suite G 92120. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, reliable and responsible.
Starting time 8pm until 4:30am. Full time 5 days a week 8hrs shifts.
Must have Weekends and Holidays available!!
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS BAKER LEAD OR PASTRY LEAD!! (no home baker)
Responsibilities
- OVERSEE OVERNIGHT SHIFT, LEAD 3 to 4 PEOPLE WITH YOU.
- Proof and bake each croissants and breads
- Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
- Finish each cake decoration before being sent to stores
- Package everything in delivery boxes
-Control with delivery driver that everything is properly boxed and organized in the truck
- Place fruits orders based on inventory
- print shift report
- Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment
