We are seeking an experienced Oyster Shucker to join our team at our busy and celebrated restaurant. As an Oyster Shucker, you will play an important role in providing a high-quality dining experience for our guests. This cherished and traditional position is always \on-stage\ and requires a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
About the Job:
- Provide fast, accurate shucking of oysters.
- Ensure that oysters and other products served meet the quality standards of the restaurant by reading and following established recipes and plating requirements.
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
- Positive interaction with guests and provide excellent service.
About You:
- Experience as an Oyster Shucker.
- A passion for service and hospitality with a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with management, staff, and guests.
- Understanding the importance of building a clientele and seeking to create lasting relationships with all guests.
