KU Memorial Unions is seeking a part-time Graphic Design Specialist to bring creative ideas to life across print and digital platforms. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our Marketing and Communications team to develop innovative campaigns, mentor student designers, and ensure all work aligns with KU’s brand standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Design engaging print and digital materials for full-scale campaigns
• Contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions that elevate our brand
• Provide mentorship and guidance to KU student designers
• Manage multiple design projects with professionalism and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For:

• Associate’s degree in graphic design or related field (bachelor’s preferred)
• 2+ years of professional design experience and a strong, versatile portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills
