Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - On-site

Avant Tech is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our innovative team. In this on-site role, you will work directly with children to assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders, helping them to improve their speech, language, and social skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children’s speech, language, and communication skills.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs and goals.
• Provide direct therapy services to children in various settings, including individual and group sessions.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate families about speech and language development and provide strategies for support at home.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted State Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist within the respective state.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
• Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly those with communication disorders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with teletherapy practices and technology is a plus.
• Passionate about making a difference in children’s lives through effective communication strategies.
