- Provider must be willing to attend deliveries (NO EXCEPTIONS).
- NO OB - Pediatrician is there for the babies.
- They attend high risk and c-sections, just in case there are issues with the baby
Requirements:
- IA license (or willing to obtain).
- BC/BE in Pediatrics (If BE, must have plans to be BC within 1 yr of employment).
- ACLS, PALS & NRP.
