This is a 1099 Independent Contractor Position.
Responsibilities
- Driving in all weather conditions throughout mid-Michigan and the Thumb
- Follow routes and time schedule
- Complete deliveries whitin designated timeframes to ensure customer satisfaction
- Must have a working Cell phone, as phone calls to clients are needed, also to be able to get in touch with Dispatch so they may assist you when it is needed
- Must also have either a GPS or the ability to use GPS on company devices
- Must have a reliable vehicle, Valid Drivers License, Proof of insurance
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen (this includes THC)
Route Types
- There are daily routes that start in the late afternoon-evening
- There are on-call and STAT deliveries that are a 24-hour shift for urgent medication deliveries
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good driving record
- Effectively manage your time to meet delivery deadlines and optimize routes
