Role Description:

This is a full-time Phlebotomist role located in the Dallas-Fort Worth / Rockwall, TX Area. The Phlebotomist will be responsible for performing blood collection, utilizing laboratory skills, assisting in medical procedures, applying medical terminology, and working with various medical equipment in an on-site setting.

Job Duties/Responsibilities Include:

• Draw blood using sterilized needles, vials, and other equipment.
• Ensure optimal quality and quantity of samples.
• Great attention to detail.
• Adhere to all health and safety standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.

Qualifications:

• Laboratory Skills and Medical Assisting.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Medicine.
• Experience in Blood Collection.
• 1 year of Phlebotomy experience in past 3 years.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Certification in Phlebotomy is preferred.
• Spanish speaking preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
