This position is for a Phlebotomist responsible for performing inpatient and outpatient blood collections, customer service, patient registration, specimen accessioning, and processing at a main campus location. The role requires flexible coverage of second and third shifts, including every third weekend.

Responsibilities:
- Perform inpatient and outpatient phlebotomy and specimen collection.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients.
- Register patients.
- Accession and process specimens.
- Maintain and clean equipment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active MA license.
- COVID-19 vaccination and booster.
- Flu vaccine (by 12/1 for current staff, at hire for new staff).
- 3-6 months of phlebotomy experience preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience with Epic/Beaker electronic health record system.
Special Considerations:
- Must reside within 50 miles of the facility.
- Second shift: 2 PM - 10 PM; Third shift: 10 PM - 6 AM.
- Every third weekend required.
- Shift flexibility needed based on departmental needs.

Scheduling:
- Flexible scheduling required to cover second and third shifts, including every third weekend.
- Shift assignments will be determined based on departmental needs. A typical schedule may include three days of dayshift and two days of evening shift, with flexibility required.
