Are you a photo and video enthusiast who thrives on turning raw content into polished, professional visuals? Do you get excited about optimizing lighting, color, and clarity? Join our Media Team as a Photo and Video Editor, where you will play a key role in producing impactful content for apartment community websites and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit photo and video content: Create high-quality visual content that aligns with RentVision’s brand standards using tools like Adobe Premiere and Photoshop.
• Manage media storage: Organize, store, and upload large quantities of visual assets for team-wide use and easy access.
• Travel for media shoots: Travel one to two weeks per month to capture professional photo and video content at apartment communities across the country.

Client Communication:

• This role will involve direct interaction with clients during on-site photo and video shoots to ensure a smooth, professional experience and capture the right visuals for their property.

Team Collaboration:

• This is an on-site role based in our Lincoln, NE office. You'll collaborate regularly with fellow Media Team members and cross-functional teams to meet deadlines, maintain brand consistency, and support our products.

Requirements

• You must be proficient with DSLR cameras, gimbals, and other professional photography and videography equipment to effectively capture high-quality content.
• You must be highly organized and detail-oriented to manage high volumes of files and ensure consistency across all media projects.
• You should be able to stand and move for extended periods and work in both hot and cold weather conditions during on-site shoots.
• Willingness to travel across the country for media shoots one to two weeks per month.
• You must be able to lift up to 60 lbs of equipment and luggage for travel and on-site shoots.
• You need a valid driver’s license to travel to media shoots, both locally and nationally.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Premiere is preferred, and familiarity with the full Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• At least 2 years of professional photography/videography and editing experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-output environments will help you succeed in meeting tight deadlines.
• Experience traveling for work is helpful in adapting to new locations and shoot conditions.
• Experience with file organization and digital asset management tools will support the media storage responsibilities of this role.
