Job Title: Plastic Extrusion Operator
Location: Apple Creek, Ohio ( Candidates in Orrville, Wooster, Massillon, and Millersburg are encouraged to apply)
Shift: Early morning day shift, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Saturday
Pay Rate: $18 - $24 per hour, based on experience
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Plastic Extrusion Operator to join our team in Apple Creek, Ohio. This position offers a laid-back, family-type environment with opportunities for pay advancement three times in the first year. The ideal candidate must be willing to work overtime.
Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor plastic extrusion machinery to produce high-quality products.
• Set up and adjust extrusion equipment according to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of extrusion machinery.
• Use micrometers and calipers to ensure precise measurements and quality control.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in plastic extrusion.
• Proficiency with micrometers and calipers.
• Ability to work early morning shifts and overtime as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
