Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. Duties Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education, math skills, and overall developmental growth.
- Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Provide individualized attention to students, ensuring each child's needs are met through tailored instruction and support.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss student development and address any concerns regarding their child's education.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom that promotes an engaging learning atmosphere.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
- Follow Keestone Academy policies and procedures.
Requirements - High School Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of literacy education, curriculum development, math concepts, and toddler care techniques.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- A patient, nurturing demeanor with a genuine passion for teaching young children.
