Job Description

Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) Milford, NH Part time We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to provide private-duty care 1:1 in the home and at school. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently as well as part of the care team. Care will be provided to a 7-year-old medically fragile client. This position requires a Registered Nurse to accompany client to and from school, if there is no school the nurse will work from the clients home 8am- 4PM. Pay Rates:

38.00/hour while at school
40.00/hour while at home

Schedule: 8:00am-4:00pm Flexible days Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to the patient, including medication administration, general care, and patient monitoring.
Communicate with the patient's healthcare team, including the physician, nurse practitioner, and case manager as needed.
Provide emotional support and comfort to the patient.

Job Requirements:

Valid Nursing License (RN) in the State of New Hampshire
One year of pediatric working experience within the last five years preferred
Home care experience preferred
Current CPR Certification Required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)
