Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Book meetings, manage meeting room calendars
- Assists with demo reel requests from artists within the studio
- Make production runs - drop off and pick up of workstations or other production related items
- Assist with IT equipment moves for artists and production
- Arrange travel - booking flights & hotels
- Coordinate shipping of production-related materials to off-site teams and clients
- Track Weekly Production Expenses
- Weekly updates and distribution of the current project Contacts one sheet
- Work with Coords/APMs to send out client gifts and thank you cards at show wrap
- Arrange cast and crew screenings
- Update IMDB with released credits
- Assist with VR demos
- Perform Maya exports
- Keep resources log up to date
- Assist with catering arrangements if necessary for lunchtime meetings
- Assist Production with additional, ad hoc duties as required
- Order production necessities
Essential Skills:
- Basic understanding of the production workflow either from schooling or through production experience
- Understanding of common file formats and resolutions
- Strong knowledge of MS Office packages (including Excel, Word, and Project)
Desirable:
- Although not required, relevant professional experience is always welcome
- Existing knowledge of production databases, including Filemaker Pro & Shotgun
- Good knowledge of Maya and Photoshop a plus
