**Job Title:** **Production Supervisor** **Location:** Omaha, NE **Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000/year **Schedule:** 2nd Shift **Overview:** **We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor** to lead operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This salaried role offers competitive pay, additional compensation for Saturday shifts, and unique employee perks. **Key Responsibilities:** + Coordinate and manage daily production schedules to meet operational goals + Hire, train, and manage production staff, including disciplinary actions when necessary + Supervise a department of 30+ employees + Enforce GMPs and Food Safety policies across the plant + Drive process improvements and ensure efficient workflow + Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment **Required Qualifications:** + Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing setting + Proven supervisory experience managing teams of 30+ employees + Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills + Ability to work in a hot environment **Preferred Qualifications:** + Bilingual in Spanish or French + Experience in food manufacturing or similar regulated environments + Familiarity with process improvement methodologies **Employee Perks:** + Free items + Additional pay for Saturday shifts + Opportunity to grow within a stable and expanding company **Work Environment:** This role is based in a manufacturing facility. Expect high temperatures and a physically demanding environment.
