Your Impact:

The Project Manager will take ownership of managing and coordinating multiple projects to ensure targets are met. Responsibilities include tracking critical dates, managing project milestones, and ensuring timely completion. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills to lead effective meetings regularly. Additionally, the Project Manager will oversee administrative tracking, including budget monitoring, project status updates, critical path due dates, predicted completion timelines, risk resolution management, and associated dependencies.

This position requires the ability to interpret engineering plans and work prints, as well as a strong understanding of Outside Plant (OSP) industry design standards. The role also involves obtaining right-of-way (ROW) approvals and easements. Experience with Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) projects is essential, along with the capability to engineer solutions that ensure service availability for all customers within a designated geographic area.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure targets and milestones are met.
  • Track and manage critical project dates, ensuring timely completion.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, assigning resolution owners and due dates.
  • Maintain oversight of project dependencies and ensure seamless execution.
  • Lead and facilitate effective meetings with stakeholders and project teams.
  • Provide regular project updates and status reports to key stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Monitor and track project budgets, ensuring financial compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including current status, due dates, and completion predictions.

  • Apply industry-standard OSP (Outside Plant) design principles in project planning.
  • Understand and obtain **right-of-way (ROW) and easements** to support project needs.

  • Develop and implement engineering solutions to optimize project success.

Core Experience:

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; intermediate knowledge of SharePoint; ability to learn multiple applications.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Experience leading cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders, and fostering strong peer relationships across organizational boundaries.
  • Project & Process Management: Skilled in defining and documenting processes, driving continuous improvements through metrics and measurement, and successfully leading complex, strategic projects.

Pay Range - $37.00-$40.00 hourly/DOE
