Job Description

Currently looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager with MEP knowledge to fill an opening with a high-end residential general contractor located in New York, NY. Interested candidates should have at least 10 years of project management experience, and 5 years of that must be on high-end residential work in NYC with a general contractor or construction management firm. We are looking for a candidate who has demonstrated experience managing large-scale jobs.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager - High-end Residential Construction

• Direct responsibility for assigned luxury residential projects, from preconstruction phase project development and planning to construction phase execution.
• Report directly to senior management
• Oversee budget management
• Development and management of all project documentation
• Subcontractor contract management
• Project reporting and regular communication with project staff, design team, and customer.

Requirements of the Project Manager - High-end Residential Construction

• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale jobs.
• At least 10 years of project management experience.
• At least 5 years managing high-end residential construction projects
• Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple assignments.
• Must be able to meet deadlines and put in the time needed to get the job done.
• Candidates must possess a strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies.

Compensation for the Project Manager - High-end Residential Construction

• The starting annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000.00 to $160,000.00 depending on experience.
