About The Job The Clinical Analytics Project Manager is an essential team member within Patient Care Services and participates in the development and execution of clinical operations strategy and data analytics for Southern New Hampshire Health System. The position works cooperatively within the organization to create a system of quality healthcare driven by outcomes. Assist organizational leaders with systems thinking to achieve efficiencies and a system of quality health care; and provide support for patient flow and throughput analysis and quality initiatives through identification and development of appropriate process and outcome metrics.
What You’ll Do - Support clinical, operational, and lean‑management analytics, including measure development, reporting requirements, and project tracking.
- Recommend and apply appropriate analytical and statistical tools to evaluate clinical performance and outcomes.
- Lead and manage small to mid‑sized operational or improvement projects, overseeing workflows, timelines, communications, and deliverables.
- Develop standardized reports and dashboards to support strategic planning, business initiatives, and performance monitoring; maintain strong organization, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Who You Are - Graduate with an Associate’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, engineering, public health or related field
- Prior experience in EPIC, Budgeting, Tableau, Power BI, Shift wizard or ANSOS strongly preferred
- Advanced experience in MS office & use of related software required
