Job Title: Property Manager

Location: Denver, CO (Cherry Creek)

Industry: Commercial Real Estate

Pay: $70,000 – $85,000 annually + Bonus Potential (up to 5%)

Job Description:

The Property Manager will oversee a shared portfolio of commercial properties, focusing on tenant communications, property upkeep, and financial performance. This role is integral to ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly while supporting strategic planning and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for tenant inquiries and concerns
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely maintenance and repairs
  • Perform routine property inspections and uphold service standards
  • Manage vendor contracts, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation
  • Assist with onboarding new properties and offboarding dispositions
  • Track and manage accounts receivable and support collection efforts
  • Generate tenant billings and reconciliations
  • Prepare operating budgets and monthly variance reports
  • Review and approve vendor invoices via property management software

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of commercial property management experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with property management software (Yardi experience is a plus)
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial reporting processes

Additional Details:

  • Full-time, direct hire opportunity through Addison Group
  • In-office 4 days per week; 1 remote day allowed after initial training period
  • Must be able to work 100% on-site for the first month during onboarding
  • Background check required (county, state, federal)
  • No drug screening required
