Job Title:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Travel/Contract Eve Shift

Job Type:
Contract | Travel Assignment

Duration: 13 Weeks
Hours: 36 hours/week guaranteed
Pay: $32 $36/hr

Shift: 8-hour or 12 hour Eve (11a-11p) - will take either

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects.
• Assist with patient assessments, including vital signs, and document patient information accurately.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.

Requirements:

• Valid LPN or LVN license in New York State.
• Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• 1 3 years of experience as an LPN.
• Experience Type: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required; LTC-only experience not sufficient
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Travel & Local Considerations:

• Candidates residing 60 miles from the facility are eligible for travel pay .
