Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
• Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings in the Iowa City area.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service.
• Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings to showcase available listings effectively.
• Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and ensure all documentation complies with legal and company standards.
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices to provide accurate and reliable advice.

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
