HomeTeam4u is hiring a Real Estate Manager—a people-first leader who’s all about growth, accountability, and results. In this role, you’ll coach and train our agents increase conversion rates and their skill sets. You’ll work closely with leadership to drive performance, improve systems, and maintain a winning, collaborative culture. You’ll also help recruit and onboard new talent—both experienced agents and those just entering the industry. If you're energized by fast-paced environments, love developing others, and know how to lead by example, we want to talk. Responsibilities: People & Culture • Coach agents through 1:1s, roleplay, and weekly training • Lead onboarding via our Streamline program • Run sales meetings and drive accountability • Foster a positive, high-energy team culture Operations & Accountability • Manage calendars, training prep, and tools like FUB & Sisu • Support office systems, policies, and performance tracking • Align with leadership on goals and handle escalations Recruiting & Growth • Help recruit agents with the Sales & Growth Manager • Oversee applications, interviews, and hiring progress • Work with marketing on recruiting campaigns Qualifications: • Strong people skills with the ability to connect at all levels • Confident communicator, both written and verbal • Organized with solid time management and budgeting skills • Proven success in sales and/or talent development • Experience in recruiting, onboarding, or coaching is a plus • Natural leader who leads by example • Real estate experience is a plus • Positive, team-focused, and brings great energy About Company: We redefine real estate so that every client feels empowered, valued, and understood, ensuring their journey is not just about transactions but about creating meaningful connections.
