We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic cardiovascular care team. This role requires advanced clinical skills and the ability to work in a high-acuity environment, supporting cardiac catheterization procedures and providing critical care nursing.
Key Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care before, during, and after cardiac catheterization procedures.
Monitor patient vitals, manage medications, and respond to changes in condition in real time.
Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures under sterile conditions.
Collaborate with physicians, techs, and other nurses to ensure safe and efficient workflow in the Cath Lab.
Adhere to established protocols, policies, and standards of care.
Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory and hospital requirements.
Active RN license in New York State (required)
Minimum 2 years of recent experience in an acute care setting (required)
Critical care and cardiac cath lab experience (required)
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
