RN / Registered Nurse Pay:
- $63/hour working 24 hours weekly
- Local and Travel pay packages available
- Weekly Direct Deposit.
- Benefits Available; Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.
- Plus, a travel bonus to the assignment
Schedule and Timeline:
- This is a part time position; working 24 hours weekly
- 13 week direct contract with a high potential to extend.
- Quick feedback and expedited credentialing process with in-house experts.
- 24 hours per week with the potential to pick up OT.
- 12 hour night shifts.
RN / Registered Nurse Job Details:
- Provide healthcare services to inmates.
- Conduct health assessments, screenings, and medical evaluations.
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records, documenting all patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care to stabilize patients in critical situations.
- Educate inmates about health issues, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications to improve their overall well-being.
- Participate in health promotion and disease prevention programs within the correctional facility.
- Treat inmates for chronic health issues, trauma, infection, and substance abuse.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of patient care.
- Collaborate with correctional staff to address security concerns while delivering patient care.
RN / Registered Nurse Qualifications:
- 2+ years of RN experience; Correctional, Psychiatric, Detox/Substance Abuse and related nursing experience preferred
- OR RN License Required
- Active BLS.
- Clean background check upon hire.
