Responsibilities: • Administering prescribed medications with precision and care, following the guidance of a Registered Nurse. • Promptly responding to resident requests, ensuring call lights are attended to within 10 minutes. • Assisting residents with daily activities while maintaining their dignity and respect. • Keeping the environment clean and inviting by performing light housekeeping duties. • Documenting all care provided in a thorough and accurate manner. Qualifications: Required Skills: • Ability to lift 35 lbs. • Assist with resident ADLs as directed by the client service plan. • Administration of medication as directed by an RN. • Answer client call lights. • Housekeeping in residents' rooms as scheduled. • Charting of all services performed. • CBRF training provided if needed.
