This position will work with outsourced consultants on reserves and analyzing predictive models. Conducting annual rate reviews and using ad-hoc for trend analysis are also part of your responsibilities. There is only one other actuary in the company, the Chief Actuary, so this role will be very visible to them and upper management. All candidates should come from a solid P&C background, ideally in commercial lines, and have good programming skills. Experience with workers' compensation is a big plus.
