Salary: $65,000 - 117,500 per year Requirements:
- I require a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering with a final GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- I am looking for candidates with 2+ years of experience in one of the following technical areas: RF Engineering, Electronic Warfare (EW), SIGINT, digital signal processing (DSP), or software-defined radios (SDR).
- Experience with RF equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators, network analyzers, and vector signal analyzers is essential.
- Competent technical writing skills are necessary.
- Approximately 20% travel is expected.
- The candidate must be able to maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
Responsibilities: - I expect you to replicate and create open-source and commercially available adversary-specific threat and attack methodologies.
- You will conduct field assessments to identify electronic warfare (EW) vulnerabilities and mitigations for rapidly developed, experimental, and fielded technologies.
- I need you to provide full mission profile analysis and contested spectrum environments to assist with tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) development.

At Leidos Defense Systems, we are seeking a talented Electrical RF Engineer to join our diverse team and create unique solutions for complex problems. Our San Antonio office analyzes vulnerabilities in DoD developed systems using advanced electronic equipment. We work with various systems and communication architectures, including but not limited to unattended ground sensors (UGS), cellular networks, tactical communications, surveillance systems, unmanned systems (UxS), satellite communication, and Radars. The aim is to ensure that equipment used by the Warfighter is secure when fielded.
Preferred qualifications include experience with software-defined radio and Linux, while possessing an active Top Secret Clearance is ideal.
This position has an anticipated pay range of $65,000.00 - $117,500.00. Please note that this pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Additional factors, such as job responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered in extending an offer.
