Rheumatology group of 5 physicians, 1 retiring next year
18 patients per day
Infusion Suite – 34-36 patients infused per day; not to include profile injections, etc.
Guaranteed salary first year - $230, malpractice, PTO, licensure, credentialing, etc. included; the next year the compensation model is based on collections
Following first year anniversary on 12/1, physician is offered partnership; 350 shares at 1.00 per share, current value $166 and some odd cents
