We are hiring a Sanitation Tech, the ideal candidate will posses Food Manufacturing, Food prodcution or Food Packing experience.

Job Resposibilities are and not limited to:

Job Responsibilities:

Remove stickers, lids, and the orange O-ring from container lids.
Pre-rinse equipment and place items onto the CIP skid for additional cleaning.
The Sanitation Tech will clean the interior of liquivators and all cook kettles.
Follow all Boil-Out Procedures as outlined.
Clean the cook deck and the underside of the liquivator platform.
Clean overhead piping, floors, and remove downspouts from kettles.
Brush off equipment, walls, and ceilings; sweep and mop floors.
Clean the BIB machine, fruit slicer, buckets, floors, and dump area.
Clean the sink and dispose of trash.
Sanitation Tech will be assigned additional duties as required to complete tasks.
