Contract Details:

• Location(s): Meredith, NH (local school setting)
• Contract follows the academic district calendar - 35 hours per week.

Weekly Pay: $1,575-$1,750 per week

Qualifications:

• Active RN or LPN license in New Hampshire (or multistate)
• CPR/BLS or First Aid certification
• Nursing experience preferred (school or pediatric experience a plus)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to students.
• Support students requiring 1:1 nursing care , including medication administration.
• Conduct health assessments and screenings.
• Develop and follow individualized healthcare plans.
• Respond to medical needs and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records.
• Collaborate with school staff, students, and families.
• Promote health education and wellness.
