Excellent Communication skills
Minimum of 7 years of Scrum master experience
Scrum master certification
Strong team management and stake holder management skills
Healthcare background is preferred
Proven ability to coach teams on Agile/Scrum practices and improve team delivery.
Experience facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Demonstrated expertise in removing impediments and driving continuous process improvements.
Abilty to work effectively in cross-functional and multi-location teams.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in relevant Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello
