Job Description

Our client, a leader in the auto repair industry, is seeking a talented FP&A Analyst to join their growing finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with business partners across marketing, digital, strategy, pricing, and analytics, playing a key role in shaping data-driven decisions that fuel growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and business case evaluation.

• Analyze key performance indicators, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.

• Support evaluation of strategic initiatives including pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, A/B testing, and customer acquisition programs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, synthesize, and interpret large datasets, uncovering opportunities for efficiency and growth.

• Build and enhance dashboards and visualizations to drive real-time decision-making.

• Prepare executive-level presentations that clearly communicate complex analysis and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial data for non-finance stakeholders.

• Proven experience partnering with cross-functional teams, ideally within marketing, digital, or pricing analytics.

• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos is a plus.

The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $110,000, plus bonus. A comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
