Role Summary

NearSource is seeking a Senior Product Designer specializing in scalable design systems to contribute to a long-term project with a global leader in the software industry. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, system-driven user experiences across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and program managers to define and deliver scalable UX solutions
• Develop and maintain reusable UI patterns to promote consistency and efficiency across products
• Champion platform thinking by contributing to process improvements and design system evolution
• Produce high-fidelity visuals and documentation supporting production-ready assets
• Present design solutions and rationale clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Engage in a global design community focused on innovation and inclusivity

Must-Have Skills

• 5 to 7 Years of experience in user experience design
• Proven track record in building and maintaining design systems
• Strong command of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Expertise in creating wireframes , mockups , and prototypes at various fidelity levels
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across diverse audiences
• Comfort working in evolving, AI-driven environments with a focus on experimentation

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience conducting usability testing and refining interaction design
• Familiarity with animation or motion design principles
• Background in design-centric platforms or creative tool development

Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, but not mandatory
