Senior Production Scheduler
Location: Joplin, MO
Salary: $70,000 – $75,000/year

Stand-By Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Senior Production Scheduler to join a leading manufacturing company in Joplin, Missouri. This is a direct hire opportunity for a proven scheduling professional with strong expertise in Primavera P6and a solid background in capital project planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of production control including planning, scheduling, and coordination across multiple departments.
- Create and manage manufacturing orders for assigned projects.
- Maintain and update production schedules and shop capacity reports.
- Lead weekly schedule review meetings with key stakeholders and departments.
- Support Sales with proposal schedules and long-term capacity planning.
- Proactively communicate project status and resolve scheduling conflicts or delays.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in scheduling capital projects.
- Proficient in Primavera P6and Microsoft Project .
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems .
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- PMP certification and familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) are highly desirable.
