Howell Caseworks LLC is a growing Residential and Commercial cabinet company dedicated to high-quality craftsmanship, teamwork, and exceptional customer service. We are seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to join our team and help lead daily operations in our woodworking shop.
Shop Foreman (Full Time, 40 hours per week, Occasional Overtime)
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring workflow is efficient and organized
Supervise and train team members in woodworking and safety practices
Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with OSHA standards
Coordinate with management on production schedules and customer orders
Manage tools, equipment, and inventory, including maintenance and repairs
Uphold quality standards and craftsmanship in all projects
Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of cabinet making or woodworking experience (foreman or lead role preferred)
Strong knowledge of woodworking tools, machinery, and shop safety practices
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and project specifications
Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support a small team
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality craftsmanship
Schedule & Compensation:
40 hours per week (schedule is negotiable)
Competitive pay based on experience $25-$35/hour
