Our client is looking for a dynamic and passionate Soft Skills Trainer to join their Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator and natural facilitator, motivated to create engaging training programs that support professional growth, team performance, and leadership development.
Design and deliver in-house training programs focused on soft skills, leadership, and team collaboration.
Facilitate dynamic and interactive learning sessions using diverse formats: workshops, simulations, role plays, and blended learning.
Assess learning needs across different departments and adapt programs to match varying audiences.
Deliver feedback effectively and support learners through their development journey.
Lead selected sessions and accompany external trainers during others.
Contribute to nurturing a strong learning culture and support broader cultural and engagement initiatives.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a trainer in a corporate or large organizational setting.
Solid experience in creating and running training related to communication, leadership, and performance development.
Skilled in engaging audiences and managing group dynamics.
High emotional intelligence, strong public speaking ability, and natural interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and Bulgarian (spoken and written).
Comfortable using LMS systems, Excel (advanced), and ideally some familiarity with Power BI.
Background in project management or participation in cross-functional HR initiatives is a strong plus.
