*** Contract position for 12+ months; contract can be extended; contract to hire is possible.

*** The job is on-site with a HYBRID ( 3d office / 2d home ) work schedule. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate within commuting distance of Auburn, Indiana

Software QA / Developer :

- This role is in Tier 4 Dev support team which handles fixing customer reported issues and getting those fixes deployed in a timely manner for our customers.
- Troubleshoot technical problems reported by customers and develop fixes for customer reported issues in a timely manner
- Deploy software fixes into production environments
- Work directly with developers and collaborate with QA/testers to ensure quality of deployed fixes

Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :

- Experience with software development and coding fundamentals
- Background in Quality Assurance (QA) or technical troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Java and/or C# programming languages
- Experience with Delphi programming is highly desired (training will be provided if needed)
