Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide treatment for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in pediatric clients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Provide education and support to families to enhance carryover of therapy strategies at home.
- Participate in team meetings, staff trainings, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current or eligible for state licensure in Alabama.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but CFs are welcome and encouraged to apply!
- Passion for working with pediatric populations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
