Sr Benefits Expert Position Overview: As a key member of the worldwide Bayer HR Community, you will design and build new benefit solutions and technologies from a global perspective. You will establish and govern global policies, frameworks, and practices across a broad scope of benefit solutions. In key HR projects, you will provide expertise and support in the Employee Benefits and Total Rewards arena, translating the people strategy into fit-for-purpose solutions for our business and employee
