We are seeking a Sr. Corporate Recruiter to serve as a strategic talent acquisition partner, driving recruitment for critical corporate and leadership roles. This individual will play a key role in shaping the future workforce and ensuring alignment with business
objectives during a period of rapid organizational transformation. The environment is fast-paced, hands-on,
and startup-like-ideal for someone who thrives on speed, ambiguity, and making things happen.
Location: 100% Onsite - Flexible Schedule (8-4, 9-5, 9:30-5:30, or 10-6)
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent for corporate and executive-level positions.
Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership, providing market insights and influencing decisions.
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for exempt and corporate roles.
Project Management: Lead multiple concurrent hiring projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Employer Branding: Represent the company's evolving culture and values, delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Essential Skills & Experience
5+ years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or similar industries.
Proven ability to manage executive-level searches and influence stakeholders.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to push back tactfully when needed.
Demonstrated project management expertise and ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
Proficiency with ATS platforms and modern sourcing strategies.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
