Job Description
As a leader in Kubernetes management, the Alibaba Cloud Container Service team is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge, scalable, and secure container orchestration solutions that empower businesses to modernize their cloud-native applications and accelerate innovation. Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the container service clusters for external and internal usages
- Responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving user business-related issues
Position Requirement
- 3+ years of experience in container-related development (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, Service Mesh, etc.)
- Proficient in Kubernetes, Docker/Containerd/RunC, and related container technologies; open-source contributions are a plus
- Familiar with CI/CD, GitOps tooling and process
- Experience managing Kubernetes in production environments is highly valued
- Deep understanding of Linux systems, Alibaba Cloud Service for computing, storage, and networking
- Strong ownership and results-driven approach, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
Compensation and Benefits: The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $133,200/year and $219,600/year. The base pay offered may vary depending on various factors. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, basic life insurance, and wellbeing benefits like FSA. Full-time employees in the U.S. receive up to 12 paid holidays, up to 15 paid vacation days, and up to 72 hours of paid sick time per calendar year.
