Job Title: Staff Accountant

Location: Springfield, OH (On-Site)

Compensation: $60,000$70,000 (Negotiable Based on Experience)

Position Summary:
As a Staff Accountant, youll support day-to-day financial operations and gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business. Youll work closely with leadership, contribute to ongoing process improvements, and play an active role in helping us build a strong financial foundation as we grow.

What We're Looking For:

• A candidate who is early in their accounting career but shows strong potential and a desire to grow.

• Some experience in private industry accounting is preferred; exposure to manufacturing environments is a plus.

• Someone who is eager, curious, and ready to be a part of something bigger than just a job.

• A professional who is comfortable working on-site in Springfield up to 90% of the time .

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements

• Support general ledger maintenance and reconciliations

• Help monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes

• Collaborate with operations and leadership to provide insight into financial performance

• Contribute to the implementation of process improvements and system efficiencies

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 1-3 years of accounting experience (internships and co-ops considered)

• Exposure to or interest in manufacturing or cost accounting

• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software

• Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and communication skills

• A proactive, team-oriented mindset and the willingness to learn
