What You'll Do:
- Design steel connections for various projects.

What You Bring:
- BS in Civil Engineering (MS in Structural Design preferred).
- 0-2+ years of structural design experience (steel design a strong plus).
- EIT certification (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in RAM Steel or Tekla BIM Modeling (preferable).
- Ability to travel (4-6 weeks out of town every few months for the first 18 months).
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
